Many of our patients arrive after months—or even years—of searching for answers. They’ve been told everything looks “normal,” yet deep down, they know something still isn’t right.
Common concerns we see include:
✨ Mouth breathing, snoring, or restless sleep
✨ Tight jaws or chronic facial tension
✨ Fatigue, poor concentration, or morning headaches
✨ Dental work that doesn’t seem to “hold” long-term
✨ CPAP machines that are uncomfortable or intolerable
These challenges often share a common root:
poor oral and airway muscle function.
Through gentle, targeted therapy, we retrain the muscles that shape breathing, posture, and sleep—helping the body return to its natural balance. your business offers? Say it here.

My clinical focus is on airway-centered therapy, supporting patients with:
🌿 Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome (UARS)
🌿 Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA)
🌿 CPAP intolerance or poor compliance
Myofunctional therapy offers a gentle (non-surgical), functional pathway to improve airway tone, nasal breathing, and sleep quality—often as part of a team approach with dental sleep medicine providers, ENTs, and airway-focused dentists.
When the tongue, lips, and jaw work in harmony, the airway opens naturally, allowing the body to rest and heal.

Children thrive when their breathing and oral muscles develop properly.
At MyoMotions, we are passionate about helping little ones breathe better, sleep soundly, and grow strong.
Our pediatric therapy focuses on:
✨ Early signs of sleep-disordered breathing (mouth breathing, snoring, restless sleep, open-mouth posture, bed-wetting)
✨ Habit correction (thumb sucking, pacifier use, tongue thrust)
✨ Pre- and post-tongue tie therapy to support feeding, speech, and facial growth
✨ Building lifelong healthy patterns for nasal breathing, tongue posture, and facial balance
Our success with pediatric cases comes from making therapy fun, engaging, and empowering—using creative, age-appropriate exercises that make children want to participate.
When children learn to breathe and function properly early on, they set the foundation for a lifetime of healthy growth, sleep, and confidence.

At MyoMotions, therapy is not just about exercises—it’s about rediscovering comfort, confidence, and connection to your breath.
We proudly collaborate with families, dental professionals, and healthcare providers to help every patient—child or adult—find lasting relief and restoration.
Because behind every smile, every swallow, and every restful night’s sleep—there’s transformation.
And that is the heart of our mission.

Guiding every patient toward balance, breath, and better living.

I’m Jenny Kraft, CRDH, BASDH, an Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist and Certified Dental Hygienist with over 20 years of clinical experience. My passion lies in helping people understand the “why” behind their symptoms—and guiding them to lasting change through education, movement, and breathwork.
After years of working in dentistry, I saw how often airway, muscle function, and posture influenced not only oral health but overall wellness. That realization led to the creation of MyoMotions Myofunctional Therapy—a space where modern science meets compassionate care.
Today, I work with both adults and children struggling with:
✨ Airway restriction and sleep-disordered breathing (UARS, OSA)
✨ TMJ pain and oral muscle tension
✨ Postural imbalance and chronic fatigue
✨ Oral habit patterns and post-tongue tie rehabilitation
My approach is simple but powerful:
Education + Awareness + Consistent Motion = Transformation
Every patient’s journey is unique—but every story starts with one breath, one motion, and one step toward better health.

This review comes approximately one year after I started working with Jenny Kraft on my orofacial myofunctional therapy journey. This has made a tremendous difference in how I feel, and it was another step in my journey to be pain free. Had I not taken this step, I probably would not have found the final step that I needed to be pain free. I apologize for its length; however, I wanted to present a thorough picture of my journey. In addition to having a tongue tie and very small mouth, I have had neck and back pain intermittently for over 30 years. I have been diagnosed with several issues, though doctors have repeatedly said that they are not severe enough to cause the pain I am feeling. What makes things more confusing is that my pain is not consistent and travels from one place to another on my neck and back and can then be felt elsewhere, with the prior pain having disappeared, in addition to having referred pain – a problem in one area where the pain is felt elsewhere along the nerve.
At the time I started my orofacial myofunctional therapy, I was also once again going to physical therapy for my neck and back issues. I found that the physical therapy did not address all of my neck and back issues, however; the myofascial therapy was releasing much of the tension and tightness in my neck and shoulders. When I told this to the therapist she didn’t seem to believe me, but I kept doing the myofascial exercises and continued to make progress. I also continued to do the exercises that I had received from other physical therapists in prior years. I did have considerable relief, yet the pain to a lesser degree kept returning periodically.
Jenny taught me about fascia and why it was causing a problem for me. After doing more research into the role of fascia and where it is located in the human body (everywhere), I decided to try myofascial release on my back and neck. I purchased the book “The Melt Method” by Sue Hitzmann, and used a tennis ball and hard foam roller to see if it made a difference in how I felt. I was shocked when I used the ball on my feet and felt a release in my neck, back and my head, above my ears!
When your fascia is tight it is dehydrated. When you feel trigger points, it is dehydrated. Fascia needs gentle movement, massage and quite a bit of hydration to restore its suppleness and bring it back to its natural pain free state. Maintaining this is critical to keeping your fascia relaxed and pain free.
This book truly helped me in restoring my fascia throughout my body; however, if I had not taken those sessions with Jenny I never would have found it, as I did not know what fascia was or its role in the body. I must also say that this book addresses the major parts of the body but it does not address orofacial myofunctional therapy. If you need oral therapy, it would behoove you to work with Jenny Kraft. She is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. I did see improvement almost immediately; I just needed to take it a step further in order to feel complete improvement throughout my body.
It is now approximately a year after I started working with Jenny and I continue to do these exercises several times a week to maintain the progress I have achieved. My frenum has stretched, my jaw is larger, thanks to Invisalign to slowly stretch it, my tongue has more room to work properly and now works the way it was meant to. Additionally, I am more comfortable, in both my mouth and my body at large. I wish I had the opportunity to make these changes fifty years earlier. -Karen G.
When you are led down a path you didn't know existed and find what you were missing and needing in your life. That's how it felt embarking on my Myofunctional therapy journey with Jenny. Even though our sessions have ended, I will carry these beneficial exercises with me forever. It has made a difference in my pain level and has given me freedom in my face, jaw and mouth that I didn't know was possible. Just to relieve tension and bring awareness to this often neglected area was well worth the sessions. - Lilymazu
Jenny Kraft was the Myofunctional therapist for my son and daughter. For our son, preparing him before getting his expander on and helping him during his expander process with his class three bite. For our daughter, strengthening her tongue in preparation for two lips ties and tongue tie release.
Jenny is not only knowledgeable but her kindness and genuine concern in helping the kids was invaluable and she has been such a blessing to our family. It was a lot of work being consistent but Jenny always made it fun and they looked forward to therapy with her.
Jenny also was able to determine my daughter was leaning one direction and really compensating and saw that one shoulder is higher than the other. Our daughter is seven years old and Jenny's early intervention helped our family to determine next steps. We are now getting X-rays with a chiropractor to see if Scoliosis is the reason for the compensation. Not only did she help the kids strengthen their tongue but possibly caught something else for early intervention!
Thank you Jenny for your love, patience and guidance through this process. Our sons expander is coming off this month and with his jaw expansion and stronger tongue, he now no longer is a mouth breather and sleeps soundly now! - Antoinette S.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
